I bought it for a girl with a head circumference of 54-55 cm; it fits perfectly and can be adjusted both larger and smaller. She rode without the visor, so I can't say whether it gets sweaty or not. But my friend bought the same black one, specifically from this manufacturer and this model, and his visor got sweaty, so he ended up removing the visor and buying glasses separately. So keep in mind that yours might get sweaty. Overall, it's a decent helmet.
