Mownii operates through its United States and European business entities and complies with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws, EU consumer protection regulations, and other applicable international commercial standards where relevant.
For customers located within the European Union, applicable EU consumer rights remain protected in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Products may be eligible for return or exchange under the following circumstances:
Customers must notify Mownii within 72 hours of delivery if the item received is:

• Incorrect
• Incomplete

• Original packaging should be retained where possible
If approved:
• Mownii may issue a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund

Customers residing within the European Union may benefit from a withdrawal period of up to 14 days from the date of delivery in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, unless exceptions apply.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Items must not show signs of misuse, modification, or damage
Unless otherwise required by law:

Mownii is not responsible for lost returns sent without tracking confirmation.
Approved refunds are generally processed:

• Back to the original payment method used during checkout
Depending on the payment provider or bank:

Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to seller or platform error.

Mownii is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:
