2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Luxembourg.
Standard processing times range between 1–3 business days, depending on product availability and warehouse location.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend; customers will be promptly notified.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Mownii partners with internationally recognized carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Delivery estimates:

Europe: 3–7 business days
United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
North America: 5–10 business days
Middle East & Asia: 7–14 business days
Africa & Oceania: 10–20 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance, distance, carrier capacity, or unforeseen logistics delays.

4. Global Shipping Policy

Mownii is a global platform offering shipping to most countries worldwide. Certain destinations may be restricted due to local import regulations, carrier limitations, or compliance concerns. If an order cannot be shipped, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery service.
Some regions may qualify for free shipping promotions, displayed at checkout.
All prices displayed on Mownii will automatically switch to the customer’s local currency based on geolocation technology.

6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, customers receive a tracking number via email or dashboard.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect carrier scans.
Any issues with tracking should be reported to Mownii’s support team for immediate assistance.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, or import taxes, depending on destination country regulations.
Customers are responsible for any applicable charges imposed by local authorities.
Mownii cannot influence or waive customs-related fees and is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

8. Shipping Restrictions

9. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or repeated failed attempts, reshipping fees may apply.
Refunds for failed deliveries will exclude original shipping charges unless the error is attributed to Mownii or its carriers.

10. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments

Customers must notify Mownii within 48 hours of receiving a damaged package, supported by photographic evidence.
Missing or lost shipments will be investigated in collaboration with shipping partners.
Mownii may replace the order or issue a refund depending on the outcome of the investigation and in compliance with carrier policies.

11. Partial Shipments

For multi-item orders, Mownii may ship products separately to optimize delivery times.

Customers will be informed if their order is divided into multiple shipments.

12. Pre-Order and Backorder Items

For items not currently in stock:

Estimated restock or delivery dates will be stated on the product page.
Orders containing pre-order items may be held until all items are available unless otherwise requested.
